Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work. II Thessalonians 2:16-17
By the way, Christian, are you doing all you can to see that others hear the Gospel? Next time you're at church, make sure you pick up a stack of Gospel tracts...and really pass them out. Don't just take them home and put them in a drawer. Are you timid about passing them out? Then take out the phone book and address a few envelopes, then stuff them with tracts and a nice invitation to come to church. How much is a soul worth? A few postage stamps and some envelopes? Are you a stay at home mom, or unable to get out much? This could be a great ministry for you! We have no excuses for not passing out tracts!!! Use your imagination, and God will open the door for you to witness. Just ask Him how you can be used. He'll show you.

The Gospel in Color By Trudy Thomas The wages of sin is death, I am told And this I know to be true. Once my heart was black and full of sin But I didn't know what to do. Then I heard of a Savior who came to this earth He was perfect and holy and just. He died on a cross, shedding His blood to save me if on Him I'd trust. I learned that my sins could be all washed away, My heart could be whiter than snow. By faith I just called on the Lord Jesus Christ Then He saved me, now forgiveness I know. At that moment I cried to the Savior for mercy In His Book He wrote down my name. In the family royal I was adopted and sealed And a child of God I became. If that isn't enough, to be washed from my sins, to be spared the torments of hell, My Savior is waiting in Heaven for me to give me a mansion of gold as well. So while I await my Savior's return when He calls me home to glory, I will study His Word, growing closer to Him, I will pray and tell others His story.
The Gospel According to the Letter R by Trudy Thomas On a hill outside of Jerusalem's gate Stood three rugged crosses, fashioned by hate. Upon these rough crosses, so cruelly condemned, In anguish and suffering, hung three different men. These three colored R's each man to signify. Listen to my story, and then you'll see why. The first of these men, an awful antagonist, Roared and railed and clenched his fist. He cursed at the man on the middle cross, And for his rejection, he is eternally lost. He is the Rejector, with a sin blackened heart, Without Christ's forgiveness, into hell to depart. The next man full of sin, hung his head in shame, Realizing his state, He called the Lord by name. He acknowledged his sins and when confession was done Said "Lord remember me when into your Kingdom you come". He is the Receiver, this white R represents A clean heart made pure when a sinner repents. The man in the middle, I'm sure you must know Was the Lord Jesus Christ, and to Calvary He did go, To pay for the sin debt of all of mankind, And by accepting the Savior, forgiveness you'll find. He is the Redeemer and full payment was made, Acknowledge your sins, call on Him and your sin debt will be paid. This red R is for the blood from the Savior, a precious flow, Without it neither forgiveness nor Heaven you'll know. But if you repent and accept the Lord's sacrifice, Like the penitent thief, you'll spend eternity in Paradise. So examine these R's and their story so true, And decide for yourself, which one represents YOU.

Have you received the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior? As long as you are still breathing, it is not too late. But how do you know this will not be your last five minutes to live? Don't put off salvation. Eternity is a long time, hell is an awful place, and God never intended for you to go there. "Ye Must Be Born Again"
